Community Health Camp Report
The Arghakhanchi Public Service Society (APSS) successfully organized a comprehensive health camp in Sandhikharka on December 28, 2024. The camp, which was free and open to all community members, saw overwhelming participation with over 500 people receiving medical services.

**Medical Team** The camp was staffed by a team of 15 healthcare professionals including: - 5 general physicians - 2 gynecologists - 2 pediatricians - 1 ophthalmologist - 1 dentist - 4 nurses and health workers
**Key Findings** The health camp revealed several important health trends: - 35% of adults had elevated blood pressure - 18% showed signs of diabetes or pre-diabetes - 25% of children were found to be underweight - 40% of participants needed dental care - 15% required referral to specialized hospitals

**Follow-up Care** All participants requiring follow-up care have been registered, and we are coordinating with local health posts and hospitals to ensure they receive necessary treatment. Referral services have been arranged for cases requiring specialized care.
**Community Response** The community response was overwhelmingly positive. Many participants expressed gratitude for bringing healthcare services directly to their community, especially for elderly residents who find it difficult to travel to distant hospitals.
**Future Plans** Based on the success of this camp, we plan to organize similar health camps in other palikas: - Bhumekasthan: February 2025 - Chhatradev: March 2025 - Panini: April 2025 - Malarani: May 2025 - Sitganga: June 2025
**Acknowledgments** We extend our heartfelt gratitude to: - All healthcare professionals who volunteered their time - Local government for providing venue and support - Community volunteers who helped organize the event - Sponsors and donors who made this camp possible
**Impact** This health camp has not only provided immediate medical services but also raised awareness about health issues and the importance of preventive care. We believe that such initiatives are crucial for improving the overall health status of our community.
